The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library

I’m blown away by the fact that I lived in Southern California for more than half my life and never once went to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library! It took me moving to Texas and coming back to visit my family for me to finally make the trek to Simi Valley. I kept hearing about how gorgeous it was and had been wanting to go for some time now.

Honestly, everything about the Presidential Library is stunning. From the Air Force One Pavilion to the outdoor scenery, I was in awe at every turn. Seriously, the location alone is insanely beautiful and the weather was perfect enough for us to sit outside for lunch and enjoy the view. We spent several hours there and every single one of us had an incredible time - even the kid! She loved the many interactive elements, like taking a photo at the podium and walking onto Air Force One, and she was so impressed by the special Egypt’s Lost City exhibit. There were so many incredible Christmas trees on display and we even saw Santa! We were not able to take a photo with him because he “needed to see a man about a reindeer”. No joke, that is exactly what he said. I was both amused and horrified.

We learned so much and had a perfect family outing! I absolutely loved it - and no matter what your political leanings are, it’s just so cool to see a slice of history. Here is a link with information on how to visit: reaganfoundation.org/library-museum. Below are a bunch of photos from our trip - enjoy!

P.S. I loveeee my new outfit from Closet Candy that I’m wearing for the first time in these pictures. Here are the links to each items! Top: “Get in Line” Pullover; Jeans: “Medium Wash Raw Hem” Kan Cans; Shoes: “Where You Wander” Sneakers in White. I’m an Independent Stylist with them and you can read about that here.

love you all! xoxo
